  This international scientific conference in landscape architecture in St.-Petersburg, Russia, is devoted to the very relevant theme of creating urban environments that are comfortable to live in and at the same time supply a whole range of ecosystem services. We call upon foreign and local landscape architects, the academic community, city administrations and other appropriate stakeholders to share visions and innovative approaches that can help create a new generation of sustainable cities. This will be number 11 in a series of very successful conferences in landscape architecture organised in St. Petersburg, the cultural capital of Russia. Over the years, these have attracted established names within landscape architecture and young landscape artists.
