  The forthcoming symposium will concentrate mainly on methods of preparation, and testing of heterogeneous catalysts; methods of characterisation of heterogeneous catalysts; catalytic processes for energy and chemicals production from renewable and fossil sources; catalytic elimination of environmental pollutants; chemical utilisation of carbon dioxide; clean hydrogen production; photocatalysis. Topics from related fields, such as theoretical chemistry, reaction kinetics, and reaction mechanisms will also be encouraged. High-level scientific contributions including applied research will be particularly appreciated.
