  The annual International Symposium on Global Navigation Satellite System (IS-GNSS) has been an important forum for researchers, engineers, practitioners, and manufacturers to share the up-to-date information and technology on GNSS, to explore opportunities for collaborations in positioning, navigation and timing, and to stimulate innovative applications and methods to benefit the society. Over the years, the symposium has been held in a number of attractive and tradition-rich locations, including Hong Kong, Istanbul, Jeju, Johor Bahru, Kyoto, Seoul, Sydney, Taipei, Tokyo, Wuhan,Xian and Tainan.
