  The Forum East Asian Art History is an initiative of early career researchers at German-speaking universities. Beginning in the year 2012, the Forum takes place annually at different institutions. This initiative was launched to foster academic exchange between doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior faculty members, whose research agenda is focused on history of art and archaeology of East Asia (China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan) or related fields.
