  Neuroscience makes advances in the knowledge of the human brain rapidly, driving forward new discoveries and breakthroughs that transform the understanding of the brain, its functions and disfunctions. The neuroscience research outcomes support the development of advanced technologies for diagnostics, treatment of neurological and cognitive disorders, while also promoting healthy cognitive aging, brain enhancement, and supporting rehabilitation after neurological or traumatic conditions. Neuroscience researchers in BRICS countries have considerable advances in various fields. We have an opportunity to hear about the latest cutting-edge technologies and exciting findings of neuroscience studies from the top ranked researchers from Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and other countries. The Symposium will gather scientists, researchers, doctors, neurosurgeons, and professionals. It will be the second symposium within a series of regular BRICS Neuroscience events proposed at the 2023 BRICS Neuroscience Symposium held on September 22-23, 2023, in Shanghai, China. The Symposium was supported at the 5th meeting of BRICS WG on Biotechnology and Biomedicine, including Human health and Neuroscience.
