Аннотация доклада:
We report on the observation of helicity dependent photoresponse of the 20 μm thick silver–palladium (Ag/Pd) films in the spectral range of 266-2100 nm. At the wavelength range of 1064-2100 nm the polarity of the photoinduced signal is positive (negative) for the right-(left-) circular polarized beam. It is demonstrated that the photoresponse decreases after heating and cooling the film in the vacuum. The obtained results show that the Ag/Pd resistive films may be of interest for polarization–sensitive measurements. This study was supported by the RFBR (project no. 16-38-00552).
