We present the results of multiwavelength study of NGC 4068 dwarf galaxy based on scanning Fabry-Perot interferometry observations in the H-alpha emission line made with the SAO RAS 6-m telescope together with other spectral and archival imaging observations including HST and GALEX data. The analysis of HI kinematics of this nearby dwarf galaxy gave us evidence of the tidal perturbation in the outer part of the gaseous disk. It is possible that NGC 4068 recently experienced a minor-merging event. Optical and UV images of NGC 4068 reveal a number of bright complexes of ongoing star formation with sizes up to several hundreds of kpc as well as kpc-sized shell- like structures seen in H-alpha emission line. It is known that the last star formation burst in this galaxy started about 400 Myr ago, but high star formation rate is still persists. The comparison of energy distribution in optical and UV range allowed us to find the signs of triggering star formation occurring in the most of star formation complexes. The metallicity and the energy budget of each of the star formation regions were analysed.
