Аннотация доклада:
Our recent research focuses on optimization of TB recombinant antigens combinations towards better IGRA test systems and BCG-booster vaccine developments. Our current prototype test system may allow discrimination between latent and active TB infection. Improvement of stratification based on better IGRA tests can revolutionize TB treatment leading to truly personalized approach. Recombinant TB vaccines are also highly dependent on antigenic fusion composition. We combine known and new TB antigens for development of better BCG booster vaccines.
