Аннотация доклада:
This paper represents the first results of the development and characterization of SSPD, that composed of 7 independent SSPD elements. We have designed two types of multi-element SSPD allowing to locate the sensitive areas of each SSPD elements most tightly, developed a technological route for multielement SSPD, produced the first samples of multielement SSPD. These two types of multi-element SSPD differ from each other in layout of sensitive areas that makes possible different implementations of the optical coupling.
