Russian and German scientists have long term (few centuries) of successfull cooperation in science. Michail Lomonosov, the Founder of Moscoe State University, is the very good example. In present there are many Scientific funds in Germany. There are Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH)), German Research Foundation (DFG), Helmholtz Association, Max Planck Gesellschaft (MPG), Leibniz Association, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD. In Russian Federation activity and coordination of German Funds is organized through German Hous od Science and Innovations (DWIH). In present report we will present information about research programs of German funds in Russian Federation. Special attention will be paid to programs of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. *Professor Vladimir Tishkov is Ambassador Scientist of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in Central region of Russian Federation.
