Review of the studies of light nuclei exotic states is represented. There were analyzed experimental data on inelastic scattering of alpha-particles on 11В, 12С and 13С. The radii of some abnormal excited states in these nuclei are defined using Modified diffraction model. It was shown that the Hoyle state 02+(7.65 MeV) in 12C is a base for new rotational band 0+2–2+2–4+2 (except rotational band of the ground state), 3rd member of which is observed state 42+(13.75 MeV). Radii of all three states are 25-30% larger than the radius of 12C ground state. It was found that states 1/2¯(8.86 MeV) of 13С and 3/2¯(8.56 MeV) of 11В have radii which are close to radius of the Hoyle state, and 8.56 MeV state is base for similar rotational band. These states in 13С and 11В can be considered as analogs of the Hoyle state.
