Modeling of OH behavior on the Moon during meteor showers is performed. Perspectives of study of two proposed OH exospheric components by UV spectrometers onboard future lunar missions are discussed. Temporal increase of 3-micron OH band depth in spectra of lunar polar regions due to increasing OH delivery rate to the Moon during main annual meteor showers such as Perseids, Geminids, and Quadrantids is proposed. This effect can be checked by LIS spectral observations of the lunar surface in the vicinities of Luna-Glob lander.
