We develop the theory of interaction of classical magnetized plasma with Kaluza-Klein avitons in the ADD model of TeV-scale gravity . Magnetized plasma is described within e kinetic approach as the system of charged particles and the Maxwell eld both conned the brane. Interaction with multidimensional gravity living in the bulk with n compact extra mensions is introduced within the linearized theory. Contrary to previous work on the same bject, we calculation the total KK emission of magnetized plasma due to resonant conversion ocess considering plasmon as plasma electromagnetic eld uctuations, The key role belongs the two-point correlation function of the uctuations of the plasma energy-momentum tensor. sonant conversion selects the KK graviton mass related to Langmuir frequency, the total ase space being dependent on the number of extra dimensions. The rate of emission of a KK avitons per unit volume is obtained. The estimate shows that this process can be a dominant mechanism for cooling of certain gnetic neutron stars.
