Aim To characterize the morphofunctional changes of testis and the subpopulations of lymphocytes in the blood of male C57BL/6 mice with supraphysiological testosterone concentration. Conclusion. A prolonged high level supraphysiological testosterone concentration in C57BL/6 mice led to decreases of spermatogenesis with the development of oligo- and teratospermia. Immune disorders are characterized by a shift in the balance of the subpopulation composition of lymphocytes with a decrease in the number of T-regulatory and B-lymphocytes.
