Аннотация доклада:
RNA-sequencing was used for the non-model fish species, sockeye salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka) to better understand the nature of adaptive divergence between migrating (sockeye salmon) and non-migrating (cocani) ecotypes. The initial stage was the initial assembly of the sockeye transcriptome or its parts containing annotated candidate genes for comparative transcriptome analysis.
