Аннотация доклада:
Receiving from Putin drug of pseudo-Empire grandeur, Russians aim their rage at minorities as an easy target since 2014. During last years Russia is realizing not just military actions. One of goals is represents historical war against self-awareness of minorities. It seems obvious that ethnic Russians recognized themselves as a "people-landlord" who can to press and punish of minorities regularly.
