Аннотация доклада:
Decellularization of organs and tissues is one of the perspective technique in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. One of the main challenge in this field is evaluation of decellularization protocol success and quality of obtained extracellular matrix. The aim of work is to confirm success of decellularization protocol and to investigate three-dimensional structure of decellularized rat liver tissue by scanning probe nanotomography.
