The first mass measurements of the brightness of type Ia supernovae (which were thought to be standard candles) have shown that far supernovae seem fainter than near ones. But with the introduction of the hypothesis of accelerated expantion of the Universe the supernovae became standard candles again. CMB and BAO also confirmed the accelerated expantion of the Universe. But still, there are some doubts about the standard candle hypothesis. In addition, the apparent decline in supernovae brightness could be associated with additional absorbtion (the absorbtion which doesn't depend on wavelengths). And the brightness change with distance probably depends on chemical evolution of supernovae progenitors and difference in supernovae Ia burst mechanisms. We have investigated a special class of SN Ia -‐ dust free SN and have found that the brightness of these SN is also decreasing more than needed. So this class of type Ia supernovae confirmed dark energy theory.
