Bi-SQUID was suggested with the purpose of attaining a high linearity voltage output in an open loop configuration. However, creating practical bi-SQUID-based devices requires sufficiently high fidelity of both design and fabrication in regard to the linearity-responsible parameters, since they cannot be changed during operation. Load impedance ought to be considered as an additional parameter, which has to be taken into account together with the other ones when bi-SQUID-based systems are designed. Significance of the accounting rises with implementing serial array of bi-SQUIDs over increase of normal resistance. This problem has been analyzed and correcting changes of the system parameters as well as restrictions on the load impedance are discussed.
