Аннотация доклада:
Department of cryolithology and glaciology of the Faculty of Geography of Moscow State University organized special winter fiel practices on the study of seasonal freezing and snow cover in the territory of Central Russia, during the last two decades. Seasonal freezing is the natural phenomenon, which depends on landscape, lithological and meteorological conditions (air temperature, snow accumulation).
