The brain dynamics is one of the main problems of psychophysiology, both in Russia and abroad (1). As a model of the brain activity it has two main ways of describing: temporal and spectral frequency areas. Frequency spectral analysis method of brain processes takes its origin from the development the physics of nonlinear processes involving stochastic mathematical apparatus.
