Traditionally, potential stability window of aqueous electrolytes based on H2SO4 and KOH is about 1 V. Increase of the capacitance of electrode materials is the most straightforward way to improve supercapacitor energy density by initiation of reversible Faradaic processes on electrode surface. The aim of the present study is the increasing of supercapacitor energy density keeping the aqueous electrolyte and activated carbon cloth (ACC) AUT-M-2 (OJSC "Svetlogorsk Khimvolokno") as electrodes. We activated the ACC by heat in medium of 96% sulfuric acid, 70% nitric acid, and 50% hydrazine hydrate. Then the activated ACC were prepared in electrodes and they were wetted in 25 % aqueous solution of sulfuric acid.
