The report is focused on construction and characteristics of principal new ultra-wideband microwave source. The possibility of obtaining ultra-wideband microwave pulses by increasing the relativistic electron beam (500 keV, 2 kA, 600 ns) self-noise when electron beam is injected into a plasma is shown. Obtained UWB 2 Δf /(fmin + fmax) = 0.55> 0.22 microwave pulses have durations about 200 – 300 ns and energies greater than 5 J. When we changed plasma density middle frequency of signal turned from 2.2 to 3.8 GHz.
