Аннотация доклада:
Mizan is the fundamental concept of the Quran. It is the Arabic word, which can be translated as weighing scales, as well as balance, measure, scale, etc. ‘Mizan’ is the criterion of defining truth and falsehood, a ‘tool’ which makes sure that justice has been served. ‘Mizan’ is the golden mean in all spheres of life. The paper seeks to analyze how this concept is represented in the surahs.
