In complex physiographic studies, microclimate observations have been widely used, which are carried out at several points or along a profile. The basic principle of such observations is the simultaneous determination of meteorological elements. However, these studies are very time consuming and require a large number of measurements, which limits their use. Therefore, in practice, they are most often limited to semi-stationary studies, which are short repeated observations that do not give a complete picture of natural regimes in geosystems. With the advent of modern low-cost information and measurement systems, it became possible to experimentally determine the meteorological parameters in stationary studies. In our opinion, the greatest perspective is the use of a combination of modern software (information) mathematical means for modeling soil and atmospheric heat and moisture transport and measurement systems that allow us to obtain experimental values of the boundary and initial conditions of the design schemes...
