In the talk we give a description of all continuations of vector bundles with connection defined initially on $X\setminus D$, where $X$ is a complex manifold and $D$ is a divisor, to a bundle with a connection on $X$ with a fuchsian singularity on $D$. From the point of view of analytical theory of differential equation the problem of continuation is reformulated as a problem of description of isomonodromic deformations and isomonodromic confluences of singular points of ordinary differential equation. The obtained solution of the problem of continuation gives parameters that describe isomonodromic confluences of singular points.
