Аннотация доклада:
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and nanodiamonds (NDs) are among the most demanded types of carbon nanoparticles. As a widespread industrial material, they are produced in large quantities, which means they are more likely to enter the living organism. Currently the degradation of internalized nanoparticles remains unclear. Objective: to study the industrial MWCNTs and NDs Materials and methods: degradation in human macrophages under the effects of extracellular and intracellular oxidizers.
