FGC2441=UGC12281 is a pure disk superthin galaxy with axes ratio of a/b=17.2. It is the dominant galaxy in a group of 9 galaxies. The second bright galaxy KUG2256+134 of the group is about 2 mag fainter than FGC2441. The virial mass of the system is about 1.6x10^11 Msun. Using multicolor photometry and long-slit spectroscopy we analyze the structure of FGC2441. Outer parts of the disk of FGC2441 show traces of ongoing star formation, which makes the radial profile very difficult for the analysis. The vertical light distribution is well described by the sech-low with scale-length z0=555 pc. We estimated the total stellar mass of the galaxy is 4.6x10^9 Msun using M/L-ratio for stellar population.
