We searched for clusters in the vicinity of galactic Cepheids from a new catalog which lists 674 such stars with reliable parameters. Based on photometric and kinematic data, we selected 21 new Cepheids that are likely to be related to star clusters, four of which being new open clusters. In the majority of new "cluster-Cepheid" pairs, Сepheids are located in the outer layers of a cluster. We discovered that the farther a Сepheid is located from the center of the cluster, the longer is its period.
