The paper discusses a model of the vacuum structure of outer space. The initial information for the hypothesis of the vacuum nature of the Universe was the previously published model of its energy density. The resulting expression and the order of the represented quantities allows us to interpret the Universe as a system whose building material is heterogeneous. The paper provides an estimate of the neutrino energy based on the existing theory of the dominant contribution of this particle to the energy resource of the cosmos. The results obtained refute this fact and prove the failure of this theory. Reasons for nonconformity they are not yet clear, but, according to the authors, they consist in the equivalence of the contribution of all elementary particles existing in nature. The conclusion to which the arguments of the authors of the article lead is the vacuum structure of the cosmic field of the Universe.
