Аннотация доклада:
There are few laboratories that allow to study below background radiation effects on organisms and modern omics technologies can outline the impact of this abiotic factor. Our experiments were performed in Baksan deep-underground laboratory (DULB-4900, Russia) providing effective shielding from cosmic and terrestrial radiation sources. For the first time genome regulation effects of exposition in reduced natural ionizing radiation background were revealed for multicellular organism by RNA-seq technique.
