Аннотация доклада:
After the crisis of 2015 and subsequent 7-month-long “cold war” between Russia and Turkey the two countries demonstrate the formation of a new model for their bilateral relations which characterized by primarily focus on regional security issues. The issues which for the most part of the 2000s and 2010s were outside of the bilateral relations after 2016 has started to dominate the agenda of Russian-Turkish relations and cooperation talks, namely: - the civil war in Syria - the spread of terrorism - the Kurdish question - the problem of Iraq - the rising influence of Iran
