Аннотация доклада:
ACE phenotyping in biopsy tissues from patients with BPH and PC showed that ACE activity, kinetic characteristic of ACE and surface conformation of ACE in PC tissues differ from that of patients with BPH as well as from control prostate. Thus, ACE phenotyping of prostate biopsies has a potential to be an effective approach for early diagnostics of prostate cancer or for differential diagnostics of BPH and PC.
