At the end of last year, the Club of Rome presented a new report " Come on! Capitalism, myopia, population and the destruction of the planet", dedicated to his half-century anniversary. Potentially, this is one of the most important documents our time. The club of Rome remains the main platform that formulates the agenda of responsible globalism and sustainable development, and a benchmark for a large part of the world's elite. The starting point for the authors is the concept of " complete peace», proposed by American ecologist and economist Herman Daly. Human civilization was formed in the " empty world — - the world of the unknown territories and excess resources. Prevailing religions, political ideologies, social institutions, habits of thought are still rooted in it. In reality, humanity has entered the "full world", filled to the brim, with very vague prospects for further expansion of borders. If you continue If you continue continue to live by the rules of the "empty world" collapse will not make you wait long. The report has a section - "the End of oil and alternative energy". Energy has always been an important sector of the economy, which has a significant both direct and indirect impact on the structure of economic development of the world powers. The energy sector is a key source of national income, affecting employment in the regions, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, including the environment and human health. Such a significant role of energy was one of the reasons for the choice of this topic. PREVIOUSLY, the AMERICAN ECONOMIST Nicholas Georgescu-Regen in his 1971 work "the law of entropy and economic process"[10] assumed that the second law of thermodynamics, the law of entropy, determines the possible in the economy. Georgescu-Regen showed that useful (i.e., low entropy) energy and materials are consumed in transformations during economic processes and are returned to the environment in the form of waste with high entropy. The economy thus functions as a channel for transforming natural resources into goods, services and human satisfaction as well as waste. Increasing entropy in an economy sets a fundamental limit on the extent to which it can reach and maintain.diversification of its economy, necessary to protect it from the changes in the global oil and gas prices, and also focuses on the innovative way of development. The study of the features of the Norwegian energy sector development is relevant for Russia, as it allows to adapt the positive experience in the organization and management of key sectors of the economy.
