Аннотация доклада:
In 2017 new bank recovery and resolution system was introduced in Russia by Federal Law of the Russian Federation N 84–FZ dd. 1 May 2017 «On amending certain legislative acts of Russian Federation». Partly enabled in May 2017 new bank recovery and resolution framework is still one of the most controversial issues in the sphere of banking supervision of the country. Newly submitted regulation was recognized as an additional mechanism for already existed resolution regime. By now these amendments are considered to be the beginning of the banking reform in Russia. In this regard, there are several observations and suggestions which might be valid for the creation of the efficient resolution approach.
