We consider double-track railway network. There is one-side movement on the each of the railway line. We interested in the situation when the one of railway line was closed for technical reasons, or emergency. In this case this area becomes problematic because the trains will move in two directions. The problem is to determine the most effective order of trains in such problematic area.
