The main problem of the MT data processing is the bias of the estimates of any transfer functions. Now for solving this problem remote reference method and robust estimates are applied. Moreover, less noisy magnetic channels are used as remote reference. In this work, we show the possibility of the effective application of remote electrical channels in conjunction with magnetic ones. The algorithm “Remote H + E” has shown good results in case of high level noise in electrical channels.
