NLP can help to understand if a particular applicant is motivated and psychologically suitable for a particular position. An interviewer can find out person`s metaprogrammes. Metaprogrammes are the filters or psychological qualities through which people perceive the reality. If metaprogrammes, that a person has, are suitable for a particular position, his\her work will be effective and adaptation will be easy.
