In this work, the structure, elemental and phase composition of hypereutectic Al86Ni2Со6Gd6, Al86Ni6Co4Gd2Tb2, Al86Ni6Gd4Tb2Er2 (at.%) alloys were investigated by methods of X-ray diffraction analysis and electron microscopy. Samples for research were obtained in a high-pressure chamber of the «toroid» type during solidification of melts at a rate of 1000 deg/s under high pressure of 3, 5, and 7 GPa. The quenching temperatures of the melts are in the interval of 1500-1700°C. Heating and melting of alloys was carried out by passing an alternating current through the sample.
