Cytochrome c in complex with membrane cardiolipin acquires peroxidase activity, catalyzes lipid peroxidation, and triggers apoptosis along the mitochondrial pathway. The use of its natural apoptogenic properties can be an effective method in cancer chemotherapy. To develop this direction, a detailed study of its apoptogenic activity is required, which demands the most accurate selection of the system kinetic parameters. In this work, we have developed an algorithm for calculating these parameters from the kinetics of activated chemiluminescence with visualization of the obtained model curves and their comparison with experimental data.
