Аннотация доклада:
The magnetic properties of Bi2Fe0.128Te0.844Se0.145 single-crystal were studied using SQUID magnetometer. There's a big difference between ZFC and FC curves and FC curve has maximum at Tf=40 K whereas FC curve don't have and at T < Tf magnetization don't depend on T. Magnetic moment of Fe ion at T=4.2 K is equal 0.057 magneton of Bors that is very small. It points to absence of long-range magnetic ordering between Fe ions and impossibility of the time reversal symmetry breaking at mentioned doping of Bi2Te3 topological insulator.
