The concentrations of hydrogen centers, platelets, and the nitrogen-containing center N3 in 60 gem-quality diamonds from three deposits of the Yakutsk diamondiferous province were determined. Diamonds from the Yubileynaya and Internatsionalnaya pipes, as well as from the Molodo placer, each containing 20 samples of gem-quality 2Gr diamonds, were studied. Graphs of the distribution of H-, B2-, N3-centers are described. It is shown that gem-quality diamonds from the Internatsionalnaya pipe and the Molodo placer are almost identical in the distribution of H- and B2-centers. Diamonds from the Yubileinaya pipe differ in the 3 characteristics considered. Diamonds from all 3 deposits differ in the distribution of the N3 center.
