Аннотация доклада:
In the course of our ongoing studies on the development of new methods for the selective introduction of CF3 groups into bioactive compounds by means of appropriate building blocks, including α-CF3-diazo compounds, herein we disclose our findings on the direct RhIII-catalyzed C-7functionalization of indolines by using methyl 3,3,3-trifluoro-2-diazopropionate as a cross-coupling partner.
