Аннотация доклада:
Obtaining optically pure biologically active substances, in particular phosphonates, is an urgent task of modern organic chemistry. Two methods of obtaining enantio-enriched phosphonates are described - asymmetric Pd-catalyzed allyl substitution and Rh-catalyzed reduction of vinyl phosphate using a group of P,S-ligands based on TADDOL.
