The present investigation revealed that no contradiction between the observed and theoretical apsidal motion rate exists in AS Cam. Mean rate for 54 years of photoelectric observations dw/dt = 0.38 deg/year is close to theoretically expected in synchronism in periastron condition dw/dt = 0.44 deg/year. A new high-precision light curve of AS Cam was obtained, which, coupled with a more correct solution of old observations, made it possible to refine the parameters of the star. A third light, hitherto eluded by observers, has been discovered, which confirmed the presence of a third body in a highly elliptic orbit, e3=0.71. This star may be responsible for changes in orbital parameters - eccentricity and inclination angle of eclipsing pair.
