Аннотация доклада:
One of the main mathematical problems associated with the models of the kinetic theory is the problem of the moment system closure, which goes back to the works of J.C. Maxwell. We propose to solve this problem using the invariants of the symmetry group of the corresponding kinetic equation. The feasibility of this idea is established for the one-dimensional kinetic equation.
