Interaction between neutrino and hypothetical axion-like particles (ALPs) should be an important astrophysical phenomenon in new physics [1]. Also here ALPs are considered as a candidate of Dark Matter (DM) [2]. Due to these facts neutrino oscillations through ALPs were studied. Exact expressions of probabilities of oscillations were obtained. Also contributions to mixing angles and neutrino masses were investigated. The Dirac and Majorana neutrino cases were studied.
