We have analyzed data taken over three winter seasons 2009-2012 with the air shower array Tunka- 133 and present the results in this paper. We also describe improved methods of EAS parameter reconstruction which are suitable for shower core positions both inside and outside the array.We present the primary CR energy spectrum in the range of 1015 - 1018 eV. We also discuss the variation of the Xmax distribution parameters with energy and corresponding variation of the primary mass composition
