We investigate the near circular motion of extra-solar planets in a binary stellar system. The task is computed in the Jacobi's coordinate system. The intermediate orbits were obtained by approximated solution od differential equations of motion which were transformed by the Zeipel's method. These orbits are non-keplerian ellipses. We offer the criterion of the stability for the near circular orbits. We should like to show it at the example of an real extra-solar planet HD120136.
