The introduction of endoscopic technologies in transcranial surgery of tumors of the parasellar region began relatively recently. The main advantage of using endoscopy is the expansion of the viewing angle and the visualization of areas that are inaccessible to examination under a microscope, for performing any surgical manipulations. The present work is devoted to the description of the features of visualization of the anatomy of the paracellar region under right and angular endoscopes when performing subfrontal access on anatomical preparations.
